Welcome to My World – Are You Fed Up With Super Sized Companies???
Hello World! Just got off the phone with Directv whom I’ve been with for years. Since AT&T bought them, they are no longer a customer oriented company. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone! They never offer promos anymore so it is probably time to switch companies & get a promo for 1-2 years & then, more than likely, have to switch again. I just don’t get it anymore.
This is what happens when super sized companies take over everything – they, unfortunately, rule. I remember when AT&T was forced to allow other companies into the “phone” business (before cell phones – yes, I am almost as old as dirt 🙂 ), & now look at them… It stinks if you are a middle class person trying to make ends meet.
Oh, well, enough of my rant. I ranted on Facebook as well. I am hoping that the company has people eyeing social media for these kinds of posts. I know electric companies do. I once posted my dissatisfaction about my electric provider on Facebook, &, lo & behold, they called me with a promo. I won’t hold my breath this time.

I am still having Pinterest issues as I cannot see my Pins & I don’t know why. I will figure this out soon. I pin daily but only see a few pins. I may have to call the blog host to see if I’ve done something wrong on this end.
I talked to someone in support from my host company & they emailed me a good article which, I think, helped me. I downloaded a plug in & followed the instructions so I now see the Pinterest icon in my header. I just did it & still don’t see my pins but that may take a bit of time. Pinterest does not answer my question about this & I want it solved. This is what happens when one is “tech challenged” like me… 🙂
I went back into to Pinterest Analytics & clicked on “confirm site” & guess what??? IT WORKED! It tells me my website is now verified! Hallelujah! I still will give it some time to see if my pins show up. If not, I’ll try to repin them. So, is this an “ahah” moment or a light bulb moment? Whatever it is, it feels good to figure out something technical 🙂 . My host company is GOOD! Thank you!
