Hello Again, World! Well, still having Pinterest issues. Most of my pins do NOT appear on Pinterest when I pin them. I have a header & I’ve tagged Pinterest & I get NO helpful responses when I request help from Pinterest. The best help I’ve gotten with this is from Blue Host who has good customer support. Wish I could say the same for Pinterest but so far I can’t, & there is no way to contact them by phone. I have to be doing something wrong but I don’t know what so I am in the dark here. I will keep trying. I am nothing if not persistent 🙂 …
I also need to figure out how to add things to the right & left of my blog (side bars). There must be another plug in I don’t have so I will work on that, as well as working on finding a couple of affiliate programs. Until Pinterest issues are fixed, I don’t see how I’ll get much exposure, but I keep on pluggin’ away at this. There’s a world out there & I’m determined to reach you
I am taking a “life break”. I need to vacuum 
I raked. I vacuumed & now I’m back & you’re wondering “why in the world is she telling us all this?” Well, in all the blogs I’ve read, no one’s chronicled their “journey”. There is so much that I am learning & so much more to learn that I want you to see that if you don’t have the resources for someone to do it for you, there are ways to do it. It may take longer but I guarantee you that you’ll have a serious feeling of accomplishment when things are figured out. I feel it already with the little things that I learn. Of course, there are as many frustrations along the way, but if they are offset by the “ahah” & “light bulb moments” then it is worth it.
I’ve read blogs on how to blog & how to make money with blogging. They tell you what you need to do, but no one discusses the tech issues & “HOW” to do what needs to be done. It’s great to know what needs to be done, but it is even more important to know “how to do it”, especially if you can’t afford to pay someone to do all the tech stuff for you. I’m sure I’m not the only one out there in this situation.
I’ve taken a few little online courses to help me learn, but none go into the tech stuff; they only discuss what you need to do & then they tell you to go ahead & do it, without discussing how to do it. Tech challenged me needs to know how to do the tech stuff. That little word “HOW” is so important.
My journey has just begun & I have a long road ahead, but I am progressing. It doesn’t matter how long it takes (well, I guess it does matter), but getting there is much of the fun & the feeling of accomplishment is well worth it. Rarely does something worthwhile come easily. At least not to me.
