Hello World! It’s been quite some time since I talked about avocados which I love and eat almost daily. they are so healthy for you and the bonus is they taste great!

I promised to talk about the wonderful avocado & today I will. Did you know that avocados are a fruit, not a vegetable? I love avocados & eat them regularly.
