Welcome to My World – What’s Next?
Hello World! Still searching for affiliates to join. I have one so far, but the affiliate programs aren’t all relevant to me as I don’t feel they will help anyone who may read my blog, & I’m sure that because I’m just beginning, there are others that won’t want me yet. It works both ways.
Seems the more I search, the more confused I become. Today I appear to be the typical “blonde”… Oh, but I can laugh at myself. It beats what else I might want to do. No “ah hah” moments today & there certainly are no “light bulb” moments. Just feel like I’m spinning my wheels & going no place fast. I don’t like these days. I want to sign up for another program but can’t figure out how to place there link (text) into my blog as it isn’t a url (which I know how to do), nor is it a banner, which I’ve also figured out. Why are there so many different ways to do this? Why can’t it be simple – universal, as in one way fits all. Well, I’ll get it sooner or later or I will call my host company & have them help me, if necessary. One way or the other, I will get it.
I added a plug in but when I am at the plug in’s site, it tells me that it is not detected on my blog so I guess I will call my host site tomorrow & ask what I’ve done, or haven’t done. Told you I’d get it & it is happening slowly. Walked away; did some exercise, & then added the plug in, but who knows if it is active. That’s for tomorrow…
In the meantime, I am continuing to learn, as well as realize that there is so much I don’t know about affiliates & Pinterest (still have much to learn here) & blogging in general.
I need some good solid content in my blogs so people will enjoy reading my blog & come back to read more. If I help anyone by making my many mistakes & sharing them, it will be worth it. Maybe you can save the time I have spent while making all these mistakes (which are mostly tech related). And maybe you’ll get a laugh or two out of it as well. I’m sure down the road, I’ll be looking back & laughing at myself too. Today, I am not laughing. Haven’t reached the point of cussing yet, but that may be coming… 🙂
I know there are more ways to reach an audience that I don’t know about yet. All this will come in time. In the meantime, my blogs are here for anyone to read & they will be here when you find them to enjoy, laugh & learn…
