Welcome to My World – Perfume, Rosemary, & Meatless Recipes
Hello World! I’m back again & getting stuff figured out – slowly but surely. I recently found a company, Filthy Fragrance that sells all kinds of perfume at good prices so you should click on the link on the side & check them out. They have fragrances for men & women. They offer free shipping with orders over $59 as well. If you can’t find it here, you probably can’t find it!
I’ve been approved for a couple more affiliates, but may have to wait til tomorrow to add them. So, as you can see, it is happening…
perfume.com is another good site to order perfume for both men & women.
I will talk about HealthMateForever tomorrow……
Well, seems like today is one of those days when life gets in the way. Anyone else notice that there aren’t always enough hours in a day? Today is one of those.
Now for some info I found online. If you like to cook with rosemary, but don’t eat meat, here are some things for you.
Rosemary is a quintessential winter spice that you probably associate with meat, but there are lots of delicious meatless ways to cook with rosemary, too!
There’s a reason that rosemary is such a staple in holiday cooking. It can withstand pretty cold weather, so in many places, a rosemary bush can produce well into the winter. Here in Atlanta, our big rosemary shrubs don’t go dormant until we’ve had a few freezes—usually in January—so we can cook with garden-fresh rosemary after most other herbs are long gone. It also retains its flavor pretty well when it’s dried, so it’s a good way to add a lot of flavor when fresh herbs aren’t available.
Health Benefits of Rosemary
Not only is rosemary delicious, it’s surprisingly healthy. The herb and rosemary essential oil have been used traditionally in many applications, including as an antibacterial, as a digestive aid and to improve memory. There are also some tested health benefits of rosemary. Research indicates that rosemary contains powerful anti-inflammatory compounds that may protect us against heart disease, and in Germany, it’s used to treat a few different conditions.
The German Commission E has approved rosemary leaf as a treatment for gas and as supportive treatment for rheumatic diseases (such as rheumatoid arthritis) and high blood pressure. Commission E is a branch of the German equivalent of the FDA. It’s dedicated to testing traditional and folk remedies.
