Welcome to My World – Essential Oils & Your Emotional Health
Hello World! I love essential oils and I use them daily, including for my emotional healing and stress, as well as my anxiety, and pain. Lavender is one of my favorites! Do you use essential oils? And which do you use? And lastly, what do you use them for? I still have so much to learn so I am always willing to hear what you do.
Essential oils have so many wonderful uses for us, with very little side effects on our bodies, if any, so they are much better for you to use than prescription drugs, with all their numerous negative effects to our bodies…

Essential oils can be very beneficial to us, as well as aid in your cleaning. Do you use them?
